My experience as a patient in this unit is that it was run very efficiently by competent staff with a highly compassionate attitude to the patients. Many thanks to all staff for treating me so well. Care and dignity of patients seem to be uppermost. In my non-professional opinion, this department could serve as a model for departments in other hospitals.
