my sister and i had to bring my 93 year old dad to urgent care on boxing day. He had not been feeling well, had been sick, fallen heavily and as we later discovered was not able to urinate. He was treated first in urgent care then on surgical triage and now is in the urology ward. We wanted to express our thanks and say how well he has been treated in all departments with a great deal of respect and understanding. All the staff were really good and answered all of our many questions. Dad was treated with dignity and respect. Although he is still in hospital we hope he will be coming home soon. Thank you to everyone involved in the excellent care he has received.
