"All you need is Love!!!"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

My beloved mother, Irene Daisy Mary Smyth was admitted in to the Emergency ward last Monday, she was the transferred to Accue Assessment Ward and final spent her last days on Ward 10 where she took her last breath and past over 08.28am 26th December 2013. I want to shout from the roof tops and take up every news paper headline to tell the world just how wonderful and unbelieveably caring all the staff were! I could name a few key players but this would be unjust as this is a team operation. From the bottom of my heart I thank you all for your love and devotion. You are all truly blessed
