"My very poor service from the the crisis team in Hull"

I was in a bad state and I rang the crisis team in Hull where I got the answer phone. I rang twice on the Saturday morning and on both occasions I definitely left my contact telephone number and they never rang me back. After a horrendous day feelin' at my wits end I rang them again on the Sunday mornin', but again no reply back, so my wife ran me to casualty where the nurses were helpful and assessed me but I couldn't see a clinical psychologist for 6 hours. I was in such a bad anxiety state that the nurse said she would get the psychologist to ring me at home which we agreed. Still no reply on answer phone from the crisis team so I ended up self medicating to get through. I am now gettin' by but I am still absolutely disgusted with the lack of care shown when I was so desperate!
