Arrived in A&E at 3.50pm today, sent straight through to the children's department, seen at 4pm, x rayed immediately and results discussed straight away. On our way home by 4.40pm - outstanding service provided by all members of staff. Stepping Hill is a credit to the NHS. Thank you

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.
