having wasted many years attending this department, I finally went out of area, it was the best thing I did in my life. the department for which I write this review, got my condition totally wrong and I can only put this down to lack of knowledge, skill, and expertise. they say that not many people choose to go else where? how can you be sure that they are telling you the truth when they give you results from MRI,S were lambs in their hands and they get paid good money, paid in by us the customers and boy can they make mistakes in their judgements. to anyone with back pain who are suffering please take a second opinion if you have visited this department, go out of area don't be afraid to use your voice, you cannot always trust and believe these persons, when you know you are getting worse and going down hill fast yet they miss what is staring them in the faces. I was left with an unstable spine needing major surgery yet they chose to leave me outside the door to treatment and care. now I have no doubt they will respond to this review with the word complaint, do not be put of by this word go for it be strong, they may well be an oil tanker bigger than us, but in the memory of my son I have taken on the oil tanker and I will not rest until my voice is heard. no one has a bigger voice than me I intend to use it. Delay deny defend does not wash with me.
