What I liked

I was treated by the Physio department and had an MRI Scan. I can find nothing to criticise about the listening and responsiveness, the effectiveness of treatment and the speed of the Scan appointment and results.

What could be improved

The air conditioning in the big gym is poor - the fans need to be lowered so that they have more effect.
