Special thanks to the Sister in the DVT clinic who treated my elderly mother with the utmost respect; she was personable, professional and efficient - she kept us informed throughout and did exactly what she said she was going to do. She followed-up after the consultation and was extremely helpful when I had occasion to telephone with a concern. I hope she receives the praise she deserves. The staff in the fracture clinic were also excellent, including the consultant - as was the lady who carried out the scan in the vascular department. The staff on Cleaves Ward are excellent too and can highly recommend Watford General from the experience my mother has had over the past eight weeks.
