"appointment waiting times"

I accompanied my daughter today for an appointment in spinal clinic R. Her time was 10am, we arrived at 9.45. At about 10.30 a nurse came and announced the clinic was running 2 hours late. 3 hours later, she was called and told to go for an x-ray. This took about half hour, back we went to the waiting area, it is now 2.25. We didn't get called in for her consultation until approx 4.15. That was 6 hours later. This is an absolute disgrace and we'd like to say how angry we are in the most strongest terms. Oh by the way, not one of the staff had the decency to apologise.
