My mother as referered by Out of Hours GP @ Ormskirk for futher tests. We have been given excellent care from arrival at ward to leaving later in the evening Seen by Junior and Senior Drs and they where both excellent The only comment your A & E receiptionist needs to go on a Customer Care Course the most help ful person on arrival via A & E was a female paramedic who directed us to the ward.
