About: Heartlands Hospital Solihull Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I just want to thank Mr. Morgan and team at the Day Procedures Unit at Solihull Hospital for their special care and treatment when I had a small foot op. two weeks ago. , Everyone was extremely friendly and put you at ease. The worrying was the worst thing.

Also, many thanks to the staff in the pre-op unit at Heartlands Hospital who were so kind and understanding when I arrived late for my appointment due to unexpected traffic problems. They were extremely kind and understanding.
