What I liked
Lovely friendly staff, more than willing to offer their help and support. Waited less than 10 minutes before been seen and recieved an apology for my wait!!!!!
What could be improved
A great shame that this hospital has been left to deteriorate into the state it is today the Cheif Executive should be ashamed, perhaps if money was spend this once loved hospital could be brought up-to-date and once more provide a useful resource to Sunderland and the surrounding area.
