Writing this on behalf of my grandma who had an operation in Holly House. Despite being an overnight patient she was kept on the day ward which was cramped and had no privacy. There was also very little storage space. The toilet on the ward was not cleaned by staff nor did it have a chart on it to tell you it had been cleaned. They didn't have any incontinence pads and instead all they had to offer was nappies! And worst of all despite a doctor coming round to check what medication my grandma was on and being given the most important (and essential) medication none of it was administered! It was claimed they couldn't find it.
