My daughter recently suffered a broken big toe. She was seen very quickly at A&E and x-rayed. She had three follow up appointments with the consultant's team , all appointments were made at convenient times, the staff were very friendly, the service was excellent and the hospital was very clean. We had contact with the A&E dept, x-ray dept, plaster room and physiotherapy for her crutches. All staff were very professional and had a nice bedside manner. The parking system at George Eliot was refreshingly easy to use and took the stress out of scrabbling for change when you visit. My daughter broke her ankle 5 years ago and we used this hospital then, It has improved greatly and they have implemented efficient systems to make a trip to A&E with subsequent follow up a good experience.
