I have been attending this hospital for over 18 months to attend the thursday afternoon uveitis clinic and the waiting times to be seen are very poor on my last two appointments on the 21/11/13 for a 2.30 appointment and wasnt seen until nearly 6.00 and my appointment on the 19 december was for 2.45 and wasnt seen until 5.30.What makes the situation even worse for me is because I claim my travel back I need to be back at euston station before 4.30 or I have to wait until gone 7.00 as I am no longer allowed to buy a peak rate travel ticket. Please sort these delays out ASAP.

I'm sorry to hear about this. We are working to improve waiting times in our clinics, but clearly still have a way to go. The best way for you to get a more full response to your specific issue would be for you to make a formal complaint to our patient advice and liaison service (PALS) who you can contact via pals@moorfields.nhs.uk. They will be able to work directly with the service and ensure that comments and actions are used to improve services for all patients in future.
