I have been trying for over an hour just to simply find out which ward my mother is on but have met nothing but automated messages or rude switch board operators. I can not believe how unprofessional the staff I have spoken with thus far have been and I'm now worried what treatment my mother must be getting! Simply unbelievable and I'm totally disgusted.
