What I liked

I have been complaining and at times praising to this hospital over the past 5 years and i am very sorry to say that althought I receive letters back they do not solve the problem. simple things like filling the drinks and water machines in A & E . cancelling appoinments at short notice, staff not wearing name tags, clinic running late and patients not being kept informed.Dirty wards. these are just a few things.I feel that the Managers just don't care as if you nask for a meeting it also weeks months away. If the cared they would arrange a meeting as a matter of urgency
