Natalie from Inclusion Matters was my therapist and I can't begin to explain how she helped me through what has been the worst time of my life. I learned how to deal with what was happening to me and began to accept my situation.

I started therapy in an absolute mess. I couldn't speak about it, I kept crying, I was suffering beyond anything you can imagine. Natalie encouraged me, guided me and made me realise how much I had progressed. I looked forward to my sessions. The support was fantastic, I knew my last session was time for me to move on and I left the office so proud of myself, so confident and very emotional.

I haven't felt this good in 17 years, I look in the mirror now and I know who I am, I put everything I had into my sessions and I will never forget how Natalie helped me. She literally helped me find my life again. She was so special and she has inspired me to want to do something similar and give back to people what I now know x

What an amazing journey it sounds like you've had. I'm delighted that our service was able to help you to move on so much. I am glad you emphasised how you put everything you had into the sessions as clearly this is what makes the biggest difference and you so deserve to be in the much more positive place you are now clearly in.

I am sure your story will help others who are anxious about coming to therapy to realise that if they can make that step they are likely to benefit from it.

I hope your journey continues so positively. Thanks again for this rewarding feedback.
