(as the patient),

I feel a lot better in myself having attended all 6 sessions with Kate.

I always felt listened to. I never at any stage felt I was being talked down to. Kate helped me to come up with the solution to my problems.

I've had a few bad experiences of the mental health system in the past, so not only has Kate helped me in my recovery, but she's also restored my faith in the mental health system.

An absolute diamond! : )
