"I think a layer too many of bureaucracy"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Given the appointment was cancelled - then a phone call to rearrange - then a letter to confirm the cancellation, then a letter to confirm the rearranged date! !

I think a layer too many of bureaucracy.

Dear Doggy441,

Im dissapointed that your experience was not a positive one. The aim of TRAQS is support patients with the booking of their appointment, provide choice of hostpital and ensure that you are seen in the most suitable environbment for your helath needs.

Unbfortunately once your appointment has been booked your referral is then passed to the hospital. TRAQS do not have any control over hospital cancellations be it letters or a phone call.

I can understand your frustration. I hope that you get your appointment soon and that the outcome of your visit is positive.

kind regards
