What I liked

I have spent a lot of time at the N&N lately. My son was born there and I am being treated for breast cancer there. The fast track process is exceptional and I know I am in very safe surgical hands. When two different surgical depts had to collaborate together they did it effortlessly.

The staff are very supportive, kind and well informed. The hospital itself is bright and airy in a lovely location and the artwork is wonderful.

What could be improved

The food is truly dreadful - I mean shockingly bad. Inedible.

And not enough parking spaces.

Many thanks for your kind feedback. It's nice to hear about your praise for the staff and also for the artworks. We have passed your comment on about the food to the catering manager for action and a new menu is being planned. We are also working with the council to see if more people could use the buses to relieve pressure on the car parks.
