It's a welcome opportunity to share my thoughts on the care I've received at Bradford Royal St Lukes as well as other centres such as Shipley.
Despite increasing constraints, the growing threat of privatisation (which must be stopped) and growing demands on a diminishing number of frontline staff, I continue to be amazed at the positive, kind and professional attitudes they maintain, although, I suspect, on occasions they must be understandably stressed.
Indeed I do so hope adequate machinery exists to keep them as well as, of course, the need for increased numbers to ease the load on them.

It is really great to hear that you have had a good care experience. Staff often work under pressure as you describe, it is reassuring that the staff you have met have had such positive, kind and professional attitudes, which is what we would expect from all our staff.
