"All of the staff were all stars"

I was very impressed by the whole hospital experience on the whole. From being admitted to SAU due to total urinary retention which included an overnight stay, catheter fitted, the continence team were in constant touch regarding catheter supplied etc, were really efficient and helpful all the way through - it is an excellent service.

I then attended the urology clinic on several occasions prior to my operation, they were very efficient, caring and I couldn't fault them, especially after the TURP when the TWOC sessions didn't work a couple of times!

The pre op experience was again very helpful and informative, especially Michelle Brailsford who was very supportive.

I was admitted to the Sitwell Ward after my operation and again was cared for and supported with compassion and understanding of my condition. I was there for 6 days and they were all stars.
