I arrived, checked in at the booking desk, and was advised to go to clinic C, I was fortunate that I already knew the layout therefore knew where I was going but it is not well signposted.

When I arrived there was no one except patients who were also waiting to whom I confirmed I was in the right place.

A nurse then walked past and I informed her that I had arrived. I waited an hour and a half as the clinic had ran over, but throughout every one had dealt with me on a very professional level and were most helpful when I asked questions.
