I was not seen by anyone but my GP. The diagnosis was done by the Advanced Primary Care Services, from a photo.
No contact was made to see if the lump was causing a problem, and this all would have been slightly acceptable if it didn't contradict the opinion of the rheumatology team.
Poor patient care.
