(as the patient),

Visited ED at East Surrey Hospital following a road traffic accident. The care I received was excellent. I would like to thank Staff Nurse Karen Harvey and Dr Akhtar who were both extremely kind and professional. I was kept informed of everything that was happening throughout my time there.
