What I liked

My daughter was admitted to A&E with a head injury. All the staff treated us with the upmost kindness, at what was a very emotional time. They really looked after my daughter and I felt confident in the treatment they gave her and the decisions they made.It was a horrific experience to be in hospital with a young child and all the staff understood our anxieties and fears and did their best to reassure us. They were professional at all times, whilst providing the best care for my child.

What could be improved

Nothing - my whole experience was fantastic.
