Anything else?
Just had referral from doctor, very concerned, phoned and spoke to outpatient receptionist - incredibly rude, just hung up on me even though I still had questions to ask. Outrageous customer service, I was nothing but polite, enquiring about a condition i'm very concerned about. Not impressed - has really upset me.
