"Caring, compassionate and professional staff"

About: Pilgrim Hospital

Anything else?

I went in for a scan for a suspected miscarriage at 10 weeks to the Early Pregnancy Unit. For the receptionist to the staff nurse, to the sonographer to the doctor on the ward, everyone was compassionate, caring and professional. There was real empathy for my situation, yet it always remain dignified and professional. I never felt rushed, staff were attentive and explained everything needed. Thankyou

Thank you so much for your feedback; especially at such a worrying time - the staff in EPAU are very skilled and caring as you have described and I know they will appreciate your feedback too. With our thoughts and best wishes, thank you again.
