Please pass on these comments to the person concerned.

I attended the Walk-in centre on John St on Saturday night at approx 2100hrs and was met by one of the nurses on duty, who treated me with the upmost professionalism, curtosy, duty of care and respect ive ever had from an NHS member of staff. Or anyone else come to that.

This person could not do enough for me at a time when i was really struggling with things, she is a credit to her role.

What could be improved? More people like this are required in all walks of life. I myself work in the three 9 services and i took away with me better people skills from attending that walk in centre and spending 50 mins in her company.
