Posted on behalf of a service user on Redwood 2 (adult mental health ward) at Highbury Hospital:

Doctors might adopt a less medical approach in some cases, but the nurses are always available to talk to you when you need them, even though it takes some time to build up trust.

Along with the Head of Involvement (Paul Sanguinazzi), I am responsible for the Trusts two Involvement Centres, and our Volunteering and Befriending Service. I help to report all of the feedback we receive as a Trust to the Board.
