"Not enough time to give patients"

Not enough time to give patients the attention they need due to staffing levels and with many physically dependent patients. Ratio of staff i.e. morning shift is poor. More tasks put on staff i.e. kitchen / meal duties.

Along with the Head of Involvement (Paul Sanguinazzi), I am responsible for the Trusts two Involvement Centres, and our Volunteering and Befriending Service. I help to report all of the feedback we receive as a Trust to the Board.

Thank you for responding to Patient Opinion. I'm sorry to hear that you don't feel that you have enough staff, particularly in the morning.

I will ask Veronica Smith, Service Manager to review staffing levels and attendance with the Ward Manager this week.
