About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I feel we made a good start and identified some areas that I now need to go away and work on - this was also my experience with the previous Bereavement counselling.

I am grateful to Laura for her time and patience.

Whilst feeling better able to tackle my own problems, I was re-assured that I will still be able to ask for help in the future should I have another 'down' patch.
