Anything else?
I went to the hospital on the 13.12.2013 because my four month old daughter has shown signs of some possible hip problems. All the staff including the receptionists consultants, nurses and radiologists were extremely polite, caring, happy,helpful and reassuring. Many thanks

Dear Lizzie, It's so positive to read that the health professionals you met so clearly reassured you and I do hope we are helping manage things effectively. I'm sure that when colleagues read your comment they will be fantastically energised (as I was) and it will spur them on to continue to do better. As ever, if you do need any assistance in future please call 01279 827084 during office hours and we will do our best to assist. Out of hours please dial the main switchboard number and ask for the Duty Manager.
