In the last couple of years I have had both hips replaced and following each op had a series of physio appointments. Found the treatment given excellent. Admin ok too. I lost my appointment card and wasn't sure of time of next appointment. Rang to check, went into voicemail but was rung back within a couple of minutes. My son needed a blood test last week and was seen reasonably quickly. So service seems pretty good to me.
