"My daughter's visit to Yeovil A&E"

About: Yeovil District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

All in All the service received was good.

However I was surprised on visiting the GP five days later that no information had been sent from the hospital. One had to go through the matter with the doctor again which I have to say was met with a similar attitude to the hospital doctor.

I know that it may seem pedantic but I believe that the attitude of the hospital staff and doctors is important. My wife and daughter found the doctors somewhat condescending in their manner and they appear not to like being asked pertinent questions.

Thank you for your positive feedback and sorry to hear about the attitude of some of the medical staff. Your GP should have received a summary. If you would like Linda Hann, Patient Experience Manager to look into what caused the delay do phone her on 07825111993.
