I agree with the person above re eye appointments. I was given appointments for a field test and seeing the Consultant on the same day in February 5 hours apart and I live 16 miles away so cannot go home inbetween. I was treated like a nuisance when I queried it at Reception in September on a different visit and told I would be sent another date closer together when they had time to look at it. The appointments came for May! That is now 10 months after my last test instead of the 6 the Eye Consultant requested.
