I have had two operations in three weeks, both at The Woodlands. I am 62 years old but this was my first time ever in hospital. I was unsure what to expect. The whole experience was relaxed, comfortable and felt safe. Without exception, all the staff I came into contact with were professional, polite, respectful and most importantly treated me with utmost dignity. The environment was pleasant and I had no reservations about going back to Woodlands Hospital for my second procedure. Thank you to the whole team.
