From the moment I arrived through the door to the minute I left I was treated promptly with care and fantastic attention. The nurses treating me for my dislocated shoulder could not have been better. Even the volunteer was a delight. Thank you Manchester royal infirmary, I appreciate the care you took.

It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that you thought that the nurses treating you could not have been better.
