"Calmed me down when I was frightened"

I don't think you could improve on the service provided. All of the staff really listened to me and calmed me down when I was frightened. I dont know what I would have done without you!

Thank you for your kind words about the staff who cared for you in hospital, helping a person to feel safe and calm and assisting someone with their recovery can be tremendously rewarding for the staff. I will make sure your kind words are fed back to the staff team
