Following a recent stay on Minster Ward following a knee replacement I am happy to say that I was very satisfied with all aspects of the care I received. All staff treated me with dignity,compassion and respect at all times. The cleanliness of the ward was impeccable and I was served with a satisfactory standard of food at all times.
