"not been given the right treatment"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

Anything else?

I came in for a MRI scan on my head after months of headaches i was supposed to have ink injected into my veins so they could see any blockages this was not done i was just put into the machine. i forgot about the injection on the day however on Monday 9th Decemeber i was sent to hospital with the headaches again and numbnes in my left side. THe doctor looked through my past notes and said the ink scan was fine this is when i clicked on that i realised i did not have this injection and the scan was not done correctly i was diagnosed with chronic migrane in July after the results of the scan but as they were not done right now i am not too sure. I feel really angry that on the notes after the scan it still said the ink injection scan even though i was just put on the machine then left. THere could be a blockage thats not been spotted because you can't do your jobs properly now i am worried,
