Further to being advised to visit the Purley Memorial Hospital by the 111 service, I turned up in immense discomfort, before being told by the receptionist, who seemed more interested in her printer than my issue, that the hospital doesn't have any doctors only nurses and that I should go to Epsom Hospital for treatment. I am absolutely disgusted and will never visit or recommend this awful hospital (I use the term loosely) again...
