Over the last few weeks I have twice been admitted as an emergency case and also had a major operation. I cannot praise enough the treatment and care I received from the dedicated staff I met. The quality of care was both personal and outstanding and I marvelled at how hard they worked and coped with some difficult patients. It was a team effort led by excellent ward managers in Forrest and Cromie wards. My grateful thanks go to everyone working on these wards.
