As always, I have been exceptionally well cared for by the staff in Queen's A&E department after being admitted with suspected (and later diagnosed) kidney stones. I was seen immediately, given pain relief, 2 diagnosis tests and a scan, listened to and taken notice of by the doctor, and diagnosed within just a few hours. Staff were attentive, caring, respectful and polite at all times. Thank you to all who tended to me.
