Excellent service, helps confidence and gives advice on treatment being given.

More frequent appointments at least once a month would be better.

Many thanks for your comments. I will take your comments on board and will discuss with the heart failure team. The team is small and the demand for appointments is high however I will investigate and get back to you.

Thank you again it is important to us to gain patient's comments on possible future service improvements.
