(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I visit the heart failure clinic regularly, I have been coming here for about 6 years. My care here is excellent, everything is always explained to me and I feel very comfortable and confident with the care I receive. Nurse Ann Wilson takes very good care of me regarding blood tests, blood pressure etc.
