I would like to thank all the team of physiotherapists that took our course. They were excellent, understanding and caring. I learnt such a lot. The exercise we did was simple and helpful. I have managed to incorporate them at home into my daily routine. I would also like to thank Bassetlaw and all concerned for the services they offer older people.
