About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

TRAQS is OK - but they didn't have the appointments to offer.

I'm told it's about choice, but there wasn't any!

So I have to travel out of area to get my son treated.

Without more specific information regarding your son's referral I am unable to comment in detail about the lack of choice offered to you.
