About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

My appointment was at 9: 20am and I had been interviewed and seen by a doctor and on my way home by 10: 20am.

Trainee doctor was very polite and caring (she took my details) and the main doctor was very approachable, respectful and gave me full details of what was happening and what to expect on my return from minor surgery.

Wonderful hospital and worth the extra miles to get there.
